Week 23: New plantings (of Christmas Potatoes, Fennel & Savoy Cabbage)…

A busy week of new plantings:

My new Christmas 2014 Potatoes have been planted into the ground.

New Maris Peer potatoes which should be ready for Xmas.

New Charlotte Potatoes which should be ready for Xmas.

New fennel transplanted from the small paper pots into the ground and in the raised bed where Onions flourished, next to the carrots and leeks.

New Fennel planted next to Carrots and (soon to be Savoy Cabbage).

    • Really enjoyed the Summer Charlotte Potatoes so excited that I will have fresh ones for Christmas Dinner. I know I may need to protect them from the frosts but giving it a try! Good Luck with your potatoes!
