Week 23: Harvesting Vegetables (Including my Elephant Garlic) & Growth on the Plot…

More harvesting of vegetables which is great. Cleared out the Desiree Potatoes and the Summer Charlotte Potatoes:

The final harvest of Desiree Potatoes.

A good harvest of Sweetcorn, my Elephant Garlic and Charlotte (Summer) potatoes.

My Elephant Garlic has been pulled up and will be left in the greenhouse for drying. It is quite impressive as I thought I had lost one of them (when it didn’t flower) but four bulbs have developed.

Pumpkins doing rather well.

Such strong growth and hopefully doing better now that I have trimmed back the leaves of the various Pumpkin Plants.

My Tomatoes have been trimmed back with lots of leaves removed to encourage the green tomatoes to turn red!

Looking down the plot, the Summer Raspberries have been trimmed to the ground.

And from inside the shed (when it was showering), one of the pumpkins proudly sits on the path.
