Week 18: Cucamelon Plants, Brassicas and Elephant Garlic.

New Cucamelon Plants have been transferred from the garden to the plot. A small net (previously for peas) has been erected for them to trail up.

New Cucamelon Plants have been transferred from the garden to the plot. A small net (previously for peas) has been erected for them to trail up. They sit with Sweet Peas and Blue Lake French Beans where my Bok Choi was growing.


 

My Brassica Raised Bed is growing well with Cauliflower, Calabrese and Brussels Sprouts all making good progress.

My Calabrese making good progress with a central head developing.

Cauliflower looking good and healthy although I did start with three plants but only two seem to have flowered.


 

Elephant Garlic (x3) about to flower and bloom. (I know I need to remove these to help develop the bulbs in the ground and have been told to eat them!).
