Week 13: Making Strawberry Jam

So excited to collect even more strawberries from my plot. These weighted in 1.261 kg (excluding the pan!) and with plenty of sugar, made into lovely Strawberry Jam. The mix is a good preserve consistency with a naturally sweetness and whole strawberries mixed into the jammy mixture. I am sure some will comment that it is too wet as jam, but as we are off on holiday, the strawberries need to be used up and preserved!
