Week 8: Comparison & Progress

Despite some showery weather, we had a good May bank holiday with some good sunshine over the whole weekend. It allowed us to finish the raised beds on the main long plot. Of course, by establishing these new defined areas, I have more work in clearing and working the soil. As below, the first bed from the shed was largely wasted under the last tenancy with paving and water butts so the soil needs to be worked. My plans keeps changing but are progressing in line with crops planted and crops ready (and hardening off).
